Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping:

All orders are shipped USPS first class, which includes a tracking number

Packages are uninsured under the standard shipping rates

International Shipping – Standard

All shipping outside the US via USPS International First Class Mail normally takes 2-3 weeks, but may take longer depending on your area’s customs. All taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping – Priority

All shipping outside the US via USPS International Priority Mail normally takes 7-10 business days, but may take longer depending on your area’s customs. All taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping – Express

All shipping outside the US via USPS International Express Mail normally takes 5 business days, but may take longer depending on your area’s customs. All taxes, duties and, customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer

Insured orders will receive a full refund if the order is lost in transit

Please choose the shipping option you are most comfortable with. Shipping errors are rare, but we cannot assume responsibility for delays, damages, lost and/or stolen packages. Please understand that once it leaves our hands, it is now the responsibility of the US Postal Service to get it to you safely. For an additional cost you may add insurance to your item. If an uninsured package is lost in transit, we will file a missing package search with USPS after a minimum of 15 days of tracking inactivity.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Please contact me within 30 days after ship date to initiate a return.

  • After 30 days, all items are non-returnable/exchangeable.

  • Custom pieces are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition and packaging and show no signs of wear.

  • Returns/exchanges require proof of purchase.

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Please choose an appropriate shipping method. Delivery is not guaranteed unless insured.

  • Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed for items that do not arrive or arrived damaged.

  • Refunds will be processed and issued after the piece is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
